CS-Manager
Batterie-Management-Software
Manage measured values in a structured way, organize battery inventories, prepare maintenance work, evaluate trends and create auditable reports – all in one shared interface.

- Suitable for: Individual users, service companies, industrial applications and operators of larger battery systems.
- Data storage: local workstation installation or central SQL/Firebird database with parallel access for multiple users.
- Cost: free of charge for users of G. Jost – electronic.
Professional battery data instead of isolated measurement files
In battery maintenance, it is not only the current measured value that matters. What is decisive is whether data remains permanently traceable: by location, battery, string, measurement type, maintenance date and report. CS-Manager brings this information together and creates a reliable basis for analysis, service planning and documentation.
Structured system management
Locations, batteries, strings, block types, manufacturers, groups, tours and geocoordinates are logically linked. This keeps measurement data easy to find and clearly assignable.
Team-ready from workstation to server
The software can be used as a single-workstation solution or operated with a central database. User administration and rights assignment support deployment in service organizations.
Analysis and documentation in one process
Measurement series can be evaluated in tables, charts and histories. Reports, comments, diagram printouts and CSV export complete the maintenance process cleanly.
From measuring device to auditable report
The typical workflow is intentionally clear: create the system model, prepare the service assignment, transfer measurement data, evaluate the results and document the process.
01 · Define battery
Enter location, battery, strings, blocks, block types, manufacturers, groups and optional geocoordinates.
02 · Prepare tour
Filter batteries by tour, group, location, block type or maintenance date and transfer them specifically to the tester.
03 · Read in measurement series
Import data from the TMC-2001RTS or from a transmission file and make it centrally available for further evaluation.
04 · Analyze results
Check measured values in tables, bar charts, histories or interval charts – including absolute and relative display.
05 · Document
Create reports, add comments, print diagrams or export measurement series as CSV files.
Range of functions at a glance
The most important functions are grouped by topic so that the page remains clear and unnecessary repetition is avoided.
Installation, database and user management
Single-workstation installation, central Firebird/SQL database, parallel access for multiple users and user administration with rights assignment.
Battery and location management
Definition of locations, batteries, block types, manufacturers, groups, tours and geocoordinates. Parallel strings and dummy cells can be taken into account.
Service planning and tester transfer
Filters by tour, group, location, block type and maintenance date. Battery definitions can be transferred to the tester completely or in filtered form.
Measurement series, analysis and evaluation
Read in from the tester or from a file, select by structure, measurement type or latest transmissions, and evaluate in tabular views, bar charts, histories and interval charts.
Reports and export
Meaningful reports, custom comments, logo integration, graphic printouts, copying diagrams to the clipboard and CSV export.
Evaluations that really help in service work
The following views show typical application areas of the software – from defining more complex systems to graphical history evaluation.
Edit measured values in tabular form

Measured values can be edited later in the table. Changed values remain traceable and are marked separately in diagrams and reports.
Battery definition with strings and dummy cells

Even more complex battery systems can be mapped clearly. This keeps the data basis consistent for recurring maintenance.
Marking of special measured values

Markings make special cases visible and make later evaluation in the report context easier.
Bar charts for quick comparisons

Bar charts show deviations more quickly than pure lists of numbers and support the immediate check of individual blocks.
Histories for trend evaluation

Changes are not considered in isolation, but are traceably evaluated across several maintenance points.
Interval charts for load, charge and discharge profiles

Markable areas and cursor functions support the detailed evaluation of dynamic profiles, for example to determine Ah and Wh values.
Find measurement series quickly
CS-Manager offers several ways to find the right measurement series: structured by location and battery, or quickly via the most recently transmitted data sets.
Folder structure by location and battery

Ideal when maintenance data for a specific system or battery is required.
Latest transmissions first

Practical when newly imported measurement series need to be checked or documented immediately.
Who is CS-Manager particularly suitable for?
Individual users
Import, evaluate and clearly document measurement series – without confusing individual files.
Service companies
Organize many customers, locations, tours and maintenance dates; transfer relevant battery definitions specifically to the tester.
Industry and UPS operators
Monitor battery systems over longer periods of time, evaluate developments and store maintenance records centrally.
