After more than 25 years, support for older TMC-Manager software is discontinued. Please create complete backup copies of your database directories, including subfolders, at regular intervals.

Before shipping a device or sending a support request
A few details help us classify your request more quickly. For repairs, please include a short fault description whenever possible.
- Device service: note the device type, serial number, firmware version, accessories used and fault description.
- Software support: provide the CS-Manager version, Windows version, database type and exact error message.
- Data backup: before changes or updates, create a complete backup of the database directories including subfolders.
- Check downloads: current manuals, installation notes and software versions are available in the download area.
